Mono Monday Pinch

I was having to 'pinch' this orange quite hard to manage to squeeze the juice out.  Todays entry for the Mono Monday challenge with the theme of pinch.  

Otherwise a bright start to the day as I headed to the gym for the print cycle class and then off to the supermarket for this weeks shopping.
