Poor little scrap

I have seen this little person at the feeders all day but l am not sure l will see it for much longer.  It must have a disease or mites or something which has caused all its head feathers to fall out.  It seems well in itself but comes under attack regularly from the other birds feeding .. has anyone seen anything like this before?  I do hope it will recover and also not spread this to any of the other birds.
