Hi Ho Hi Ho

These new 2 day old Sandhill Crane Babies are always a great joy to photograph..  We sat for 9 hours two days ago watching them hatch.. They come out with so much energy. They have such a hard life and as the parents protect them from predators they will have a rough way to go the first week.  They nest in ponds and the ponds have gators, herons , crows, gulls etc.  that would like to feast on them.
