Indulgent

For my birthday Miss H and G gave me a voucher for Mr H and I to have a night, evening meal, breakfast , use of the spa and a treatment at a hotel. We booked it for today and had a wonderful time. We made good use of the sauna,steam room, jacuzzi and pool and relaxed our strict diet to enjoy a very good meal - choosing well so as not to cause too much damage! I have to say I did enjoy my first desert of the year, ginger Parkin with ginger beer ice cream.
