Singing for joy

I could hear birds singing quite loudly near the bedroom window, and outside on the little half roof over the garage, just below our window were a couple of sparrows. This was taken through the window as I felt that if I opened it, they would fly away. Noisy little birds, - but a pretty birdsong.

After reading some replies, it seems as though this little bird is a Dunnock as their birdsong is sweet, not the usual chatter of the sparrow.
