Coronation Park.

Back a little easier today.i did a few exercises this morning.this afternoon we went into Helston to get a few things from Lidls.then we had a walk along the lake side.there were a lot more Canada Geese there today then there is normally.when we walked across the road to the carpark a few were flying above us towards Loe Pool.it has been cloudy here all day but not so cold.
