EGG

Got us up early and out to go and see my dear old friend Meg. Affectionately named Egg by the little one. She is one of those people that lives over 50mins drive away and although we don’t see each other very often, it feels like it was only yesterday. She has such a lovely home - new bathroom just completed- that she makes it feel like a holiday each time we go to visit her. She has such a calm approach to life.....polar opposite to my 110mph life. I was quite in envy of her house today.....considering we are having trouble with our chain.
She met her hubby on a dating website much to my disapproval. That was 10 years ago. How wrong I was!!! You couldn’t get two more well suited people.
He sadly lost his dad in August and last Wednesday his mother unexpectedly passed away. He is an only child so his world is turning at an alarming rate.
The kiddies had great fun together. Including bouncing on the settee, playing with all the toys and painting.
