Look up !!!!

Not every day that you see an orca in the air!!! Especially one that is made from recycled coffee machines and auto parts!!!

A busy day, but as it’s my birthday we squeezed a trip to a coffee shop at the Lawn in Lincoln. The building was originally the Lincoln Lunatic Hospital in 1905 and the Lawn Hospital In 1921. It was closed in1985 when the residents were moved to live in the community. A fascinating site.

The coffee and scones were yummy. We will be back and when the weather warms up we can take Amber as there is outdoor seating and plenty of interesting places to walk to.

B had the bandage removed from his hand, wound is looking good.

R called in on the way home from work, bearing gifts. We enjoyed some tea and a chat. She is so busy, so always lots of news!!!
