Delay...

Flight gets delayed and I discover that Turkish Airlines are the most disorganized airline ever. This is the "lost luggage" section (there are about 3 in Ataturk airport) where I spent an hour waiting for them to find my suitcase for my stopover. I am not bothered to be delayed, I am bothered by the poor customer service, lack of organization and general system to deal with delays from this airline. Free hotel and food never a bad thing though eh?!
