A celebratory coffee ...

... after a very encouraging visit to my orthopaedic surgeon. I don’t need an operation on my knee. There is a small cartilage tear but the inflammation has all subsided and he said that the knee is in a good condition.
I’m so thankful! I can now happily head out on a walk with the Central Otago Cavalcade at the end of the month.
