There Ye Are Now......!!!!

SET....at last...the ultimate cheat worked ...thanks to Sunflowers advice....I bought the orange jelly..tipped the whole back into the pot ...heated it gently and added the jelly melted in a small amount of water...!
See the little bit in the glass..it was left over and without realizing what I was doing I stuck it in the fridge..and on opening the door a short while later...hey presto ...I had a set jelly...so, you can probably guess what happened then...????
Yep..I put the whole lot in the fridge...and it all Set.....!
Worth the effort..??? Well not the long roundabout way I went about it....and I suspect I’ve broken every ‘rule’ in the preserve making process....but ‘what the heck’ ..I’m sure the Jam Making Purists won’t get to taste...
I’m thrilled anyway, and Mel agrees..she’s just shared half that slice of toast with me....!xx
