A walk on my own
Another full day for me here in Tuscany! I spent the morning volunteering at the library and we three (volunteering with G. And M. today) lent 15 books, which is quite a lot for our small town! In fact, three volunteers are a bit too many, but we take it in turns to chat with people passing by and this morning we chatted a lot too! I met some people I hadn’t seen for ages and it was good to catch up!
Just after lunch, the dishwasher man came and managed to repair my dishwasher! I’m so grateful! Another thing ticked off the list!
The repairing was quick as well and it left me free for a couple of hours. It was such a gorgeous day that I decided to go out for a walk. I went to one of my favourite places near here, far from civilisation, a place to enjoy peace, quiet and to recharge your batteries. I saw that mimosa trees are nearly ready to bloom. What really made me happy, though, was seeing so many butterflies! A lot of red admirals, like the one in the picture, and a fritillary. It is such a good sign. I love spring!
Unfortunately, it’s now time for me to go to work. I’m sure I’ll have a good time, though!
Enjoy your evening, blippers! :-)
