Sorting through masses of LPs and CDs the LP wins my vote everytime not because of the long running debate between aficionados about sound quality. I just love the manual operation switching on the turntable on my faithful old Linn deck , gently easing the arm across and a light tap on the lever to drop the stylus and waiting for the whoosh of engagement
