Boiler bit the dust 2 weeks ago and the trusty old wood burner has been earning its keep. I’ve burnt literally, a shed full of wood and the shed (I wanted to get rid of this anyway) and some furniture that I evidently didn’t really want. It’s funny, but when you’re cold things become valued more for their heat output! New boiler to be fitted on Friday so hopefully I won’t have to burn anything else!
