Pre breakfast run and swim

Two sea swimmers, one beach walker and a rowing boat caught my attention as I ran to the indoor pool for my constitutional swim.

Another mild morning. Productive calls and work meetings.

An afternoon walk to accompany T on her way to her music session. Procure milk and some local currency from the post office that now hides at the back of the Porty Scotmid. Cleared a soak away drain on our road. Maybe I should invoice the Council for my time? Increasingly self help is becoming the norm in our country as resources dry up and the infrastructure crumbles.
