Had dinner with an old friend who has just published her first book and is full of inspiration for new life ventures. Made me feel like I need to get out of my rut and be inspired again too! Best Vegan menu in a non-vegan restaurant that I’ve been presented with in ages. This fully vegan pud was sensational!!
