Beautiful clear day  over the top of the South, the arc of Farewell Spit clearly visible (and no sign of smoke from the tragic Nelson fires).

A fun afternoon/evening - reunion of members of the Canterbury Rowing Club. Good to see those faces again after all these years (nearly 50 someone said?!), catching up with everyone's lives, re-telling old stories and remembering the adventures we used to get up to (not to be repeated here). But we must be showing our age, all heading home before 9pm!
