Outwell aquaduct

Despite the well known flatness of the Fens our waterways can be interesting. The pic is of the canal that used to go all the way to Wisbech but you might notice that there are brick piers either side running horizontally. This is another waterway running underneath the canal at 90 degrees to it.
Taken this afternoon in the fog cos there was little birdlife to be easily seen.
