Bassenthwaite Lake - twilight

Took our staff out for lunch today to celebrate seasons end and Christmas; after which Joe went off to Ashness bridge for an hour and I took myself down to the edge of Bassenthwaite lake, where the edges had frozen, and the water receded slightly, leaving ice formed around the grasses a few inches above the lake surface.
