Spring?

The forecast was for spring like weather so I decided that today was the day that I’d finally tackle the section of the garden that was covered in chaff from the bird feeders.  There was frost on the ground this morning but by lunchtime the sun had moved round and this part of the garden was so warm I had to take several layers of clothing off.  I’ve moved the feeder back a bit so it’s over the grass so it’s not quite as close to the house for my lens to reach.  I’ve given the perch a bit of a makeover too, but I think they are a little suspicious at the moment.  I’ve put a pair of female chaffinches in the extra - not a brilliant photo, but a record they were around to pick up the seed.
