Abstract Thursday: Water

..... and oil.

Today I went with Mum to the funeral of one of her friends whom I've known since I was a child. He was a lovely man. Such occasions are always sad but it was lovely to share in the good memories and catch up with his lovely family and one of my best friends from childhood - I think it must be about thirty years since I last saw her! And the weather was glorious, so everyone could spill out into the garden.
