Sewing all day!!

U3A sewing 10 - 4, then home for 40 winks and food.

Out the evening to the quilting group where we had 3 small group technique demonstrations. We moved from table to table so that we could see clearly what was happening.

It was at this meeting that the quilt above was shown. The blocks have been made by the members and finished off by one brave soul!!! My block is the one in the second row down, second from the left.

The quilt will be presented to the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, to raise funds.

A good day, I’m quite wide awake and buzzing now!!!
