River Medway

The first stage of work on the house was completed with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. First fix of the ceiling spots and all the associated wiring didn’t come across any problems. We now have ceilings with loads of holes awaiting the plasterer who will be working his magic on Monday.

While all this was going on we went to Rock Choir, learning a new song “Africa” as well as belting out songs we’d learned last term. There were only two men today and 40 ladies. The Basses were in short supply.
