Upcycling Workshop

Upcycling workshop today where I learnt about chalk paint, mineral paint, waxing, antique finish, distressed look, brushes and more.

Prior to the workshop I had my heart set on chalk paint but after trying out the different paints I went for mineral paints due to the polished finish and silky smooth way the paint glides on.

Cardinal red and castle grey are my two colours of choice. A pine bedside chest of drawers will be my first project. Watch this space...
