baby its cold outside

Well, I've had a good day today. Cycled into Dumfries in eye-stinging weather. Made litres of soup. Rosie and I looked out of the window and saw a flock of waxwings in the trees opposite the church. First time I had ever seen these lovely birds. Tonight I was back at Pilates and meant to go to Zumba afterwards but when I fell asleep in the relaxation, I knew my body was trying to tell me something.. Went for a steam instead and am now heading home for..... soup!
