Pigtails

MrsT done L’s hair this morning before school so it was ready for gymnastics.

I was wfh again today and managed to get up to date (almost) so that’s good news.

Picked up L’s new Frog bike for her birthday surprise on Sunday.

Going to the gym now. Still a bit tender after popping out last night for a gentle run and ended up doing 11km! This is the furthest I’ve ran in ages.

It was unplanned and I had to run half that back along country roads in the dark with no lights.

Had to keep jumping into the ditch when cars came!
