Silence

Wasn't up to a blip yesterday and today's is not very inspired. If I was able to walk I would have spent the last 24 hrs on the bathroom and possible on the floor. At least with being bed bound when you collapse due to a possible virus or it could just be my condition, you don't fall far. I am feeling a bit brighter tonight but not much.

My GP as always is trying her best to keep me at home though if I don't drink more her options will deteriorate.

She is also frustrated with the lack of support from the local specialist service... She really is despairing over a service which only helps those with a mild form of a condition offering no support or help to those with a severe form.

A couple of weeks ago S paid for a spotify account for me most days I can manage to listen to one or two songs over the duration of a day before the lightening headache returns. The last 24 hrs have just been headaches but I am hoping for some return to normality off sorts soon.

I must be feeling brighter tonight I have my tree lit again I couldn't face the light even from that last night. Not eaten much today but then it hasn't done a swift evacuation either- progress. I didn't get to see A last night hopefully we will manage a hug tonight. I still feel very weak and sickly though and probably shouldn't be using my resources writing this stuff out but it helps.

Back to sleep with my hotty bottle for now. See you all tomorrow hopefully
