Caught

Not many photos to choose from today as I forgot to take my tripod when we walked to the waterfall. The light is low there and I pushed my luck too much with a low shutter speed so deleted most of them.

We skirted the Highland cows on the way home who have already been testing their new fence.

I am still going very gingerly just now as my shoulder has very limited movement still from my fall more than 2 weeks ago. I think I have torn my rotator cuff or something like that as it's actually getting worse not better. I think I will need to look for some physio next week as I have no upward or backward movement on one side
