Great horned Owl feeding

This little Owlet is only days old.  I have been following 4 different nest this season.. This one is a little further behind the others.   I had to sit in a blind in order to get this shot.  The mother gets spooked very easily.   It is in a graveyard.. ( Maybe that is why lol).  After two hours in the blind and sweating and very tired of holding still she finally fed the baby and we got a glimpse of the little one.    Omg what a great experience.    I was on a tripod with a 500 mm Lens on the 1dx With a 1.4 extender..  I was pretty far away To allow the Great Horned owl to feel comfortable enough to feed her baby.   Lucky day for me.
