Blue

Today it has been incredibly nice weather. I didn't even need to wear long johns on our walk. We went to the inner harbor which will be converted into a residential area with 3000 apartments. Across the river in the part of the harbor that the public does not have access to, I saw the blue building with the blue boat and fortunately, a man was walking there. So, I got my blip.
