Black Isle Ploughing
We were lucky to be able to watch the Black Isle Ploughing competition as it had been rescheduled from a few weeks ago because of frost and we were around this weekend to go over the hill to Culbokie to see it .
Lots of tractors old and new all taking part , a great way for the Farmer to plough his field , done in no time :) if you look carefully you see the men are wearing their medals. Still trying to find the results.
We then went to the Community Market. Mike had ordered a felt hare for his birthday and it’s lovely, a possible blip sometime. He was also tempted by a sleeping fox.
We popped in to see Richard and then on to North Kessock to meet up with a lady who had painted us two pictures, one of Rosemarkie and one of the lighthouse, really pleased with both of them.
