Winter Highland Rescue

The RAF search and rescue helicopter flies down our valley almost daily on it's way into the Cairngorms. Unusually, today it landed in a field next to the Avon, right by our house.

Fin and I went to investigate. We reckon the heavy snow forced it to land until visibility improved.
