For some reason this paddock has a lone stack of hat bales amongst the stubble.

I eyed it on my way out and caught it in the golden hour on the way home.

An important lesson for hpx today. Just because the specialist said I could start exercising again doesn't mean it will all happen at once. A slow healing wound and antibiotics all take their toll. A spin class was quite enough for me followed by a rather long nana-nap.

Today's gratitude: For realising that recovery takes time and that's ok.
