Tea Time Terrace...

So I had an hour on my hands and I thought what better thing to do than to bake myself a cake.

The ginger was the inspiration. I found some ground ginger in the cupboard which said great to add to cakes. So I baked myself lemon cakes plus ginger and they are scrummy!!!!
