Shortbread take II

For the first time in ages I sat and watched Saturday morning tv this Saturday past. Turns out all it is is cooking programmes but I saw this recipe from Lorraine Pascal and decided to try it. Turns out shortbread is so Eeeeaaaassssyyy to make so my staff will reap the benefits tomorrow!!
