Happy Valentine's

Final walk of the week with the group, and I woke up with excruciating pain in my back. So much so that I left my camera bag, tripod etc in the car - I simply couldn't carry them! Managed to walk along the Langstrath Valley with the group, but it was not a comfortable day. Even the one-camera/one lens that I carried caused a lot of pain!

Did however, find this perfect heart-shaped leaf caught on a piece of grass in a calm area of the river, (OK - there might have been the tiniest bit of help in PhotoShop).
