Perfecto

Costa Ricans say "Perfecto!" a lot, seemingly reflecting the "it's all good" attitude. And mostly it is. We had another grand adventure on the roads to Tambor including switching taxis three times. The first guy handed us off to his brother because he had a wedding to get to, and then the brother handed us off to his son because police were monitoring traffic and there was some problem with driving past them. Even with the unusual switcheroos, we made it to the airport--a covered bench next to the road with a drinks cooler and a folding table--in exceptional time. Then this tiny plane back to San Jose.
