Wild waves

If it's Sunday, it must be Newcastle! It's our usual Sunday morning stroll and coffee in Newcastle - but this morning the tide was high, just on the turn, and it was very blustery so the waves were quite dramatic. Just perfect walking weather :-)
I'm hoping for good weather this week, we have friends coming over for a few days, we pick them up at Belfast International airport on Tuesday morning. It will be so good to see them - they were here last April, our first overnight visitors, the fridge is stocked with Pinot Grigio, and table booked for dinner, just some tidying to do :-)
