Forth and Clyde canal

Lovely quiet walk along the canal first thing. No bikes!! Saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise.

Out for a picnic lunch and then a walk with Annette down the wood.

Out soon for another good walk before dark with Chloe which should tire her us out!! Step count done and more today.
