But delightful nonetheless, ‘graffiti’ to some, street art to others, is appearing around the town.
One of the joys of living in an art university town is the range of art on show around the town.
Not just on the streets like today’s Blip but the exhibitions in some of the independent coffee shops and even the barbers.
