Mixed day

One of the benches along the canal which has featured a time or two in my Blips has been a place of perhaps votive offering this week.
It started with a broken bricklayers trowel ( rotted of handle and cracked blade, perhaps original to the locks building ), then said trowel had bird food  on it for a couple days! Today the above three scripted stones appeared, what next I wonder.
Got finished in the orchard today! Just the boarders to prune now  ;o)
Roast leg of lamb for tea tonight.
