Sunshine in a Bud

I had to go to my GP's this morning to have a ECG. When I was at the GPs last week I mentioned I hadn't had a ECG since being seen by the heart specialised over five years ago about my heart arrhythmia. He told me I should have a ECG every couple of years to make sure my medication isn't causing any problems. I was told today all was good and they like to do them every year now and so sorry that was missed on my notes. And one good thing I will not have to pay for them.

It has been a pleasant day with sun then cloud and sun again. It was around 25c. Not looking forward tomorrow as they are saying it will be 31c.
