Small steps

Today I went swimming as advised by the physio. Would I or wouldn't I go I'd been putting it off because it meant leaving my 4 walls.
My friend Mr k said he was going and for me to join him.
I'm glad I went, it was so nice to see everyone again as not been at the pool since December. Made a nice change to actually swim as usually there supporting.

Promise to myself...go swimming once a week
