Always a significant date.

A gentle day, Royal Palace Museum, a couple of wats in the heat, lunch but the Mekong and home via the other river to spend an afternoon by the pool, with a book. It was hot, 30,and my feet are suffering.

Later, out to eat and discovering it must have been Happy Hour, 2 big Beerlao for 20k kip.
