Churchyard crocus

This patch of crocus in the churchyard gets more extensive every year. They add a lovely atmosphere of calm to this graveyard tucked away behind the church. In another area there is a spreading crop of snowdrops, almost over now.
I was in the village to visit the library. There was a nursery group settled in the children's section and they were very noisy - not much reading going on!
