Ladies' Bay
It has been one of those days where suddenly all the things on my 'to do' list need to be done now!
I blitzed Harry's bedroom to within an inch of its life but I've still managed to only create one black bag of rubbish over the last two weeks. Non-Guernsey blippers will be unaware that we now have to pay for each bag of rubbish that we throw out. £2.50 per black bag. We have free recycling for pretty much everything, including food waste, so in theory, we shouldn't be throwing out too much. It certainly makes you think about what is going in the rubbish!
Anyway enough of our waste strategy. This photo shows Ladies' Bay this afternoon in a brief sunny spell. I like the fact that the wave is just breaking.
