Lovely lunch

A lovely lunch today with son #2 and his fiancée. They have not had an easy road lately and it was good to catch up and see them smiling.

I had an appointment for an asthma check this morning, which was thankfully good. Just goes to prove that my lack of fitness is down to weight and laziness rather than medical, so now I just have to continue with the diet and plan to do more walking (the only form of exercise I don’t mind doing) when the lighter mornings and evenings arrive. More medical appointments scheduled for later in the week - what a way to spend ones leave!
