Standing Stones

An very tough navigation day today, and very pleased to report that A & R did really really well. 5 days of that would be:
(a) A pass
&
(b) tough going!

Conditions weren't in our favour, but you've gotta play the hand you're dealt, both did well and showed strong skills - able to correct and relocate, find and follow.
A new area for IttH and I may (ahem) have under estimated the walk out, but 28,000 steps are good for the soul. That's what I'm telling myself in a hot bath. I'll definitely be returning here in future. Half term week and not another soul in à remote, beautiful and complex corner of the Lake District.
