A boring photo today but this took me back - to 1991!

I drove a colleague over to the Citroen garage to collect her car at lunchtime and passed this on the way back. I was an Architectural Technician before I went to Uni and I worked on this block of flats back then!  I remember a "topping off" ceremony where they were about to put the roof on the corner block - this involved a bottle of champagne and a crane that lifted us all onto the top!!! I was terrified!!!  H&S would definitely not allow that today!  For some reason our photo ended up in the local paper!
