Former Flatland

The area across the road from the RV park has been denuded by large machines.  The rumor in the park is that an out-of-town developer will be putting up office buildings and parking garages.  The people in the new buildings will have a beautiful view; the ones in the park will be able to see the new buildings.  
It doesn't matter to me...I'll be long gone before the first cement truck arrives.
